REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by Print De Acasa.

1. Non-Refundable Services
All subscription payments are non-refundable once work begins.

2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted only if:

  • No work has started after payment

  • Duplicate payment occurred

  • User cancels before the onboarding process begins

3. Ineligible Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of sales or performance

  • Delays caused by the user

  • Issues arising from third-party POD suppliers or platforms

4. Cancellation
Users may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not grant refunds for prior payments.
