Print De Acasa provides print-on-demand business setup services including website development, product design assistance, POD integrations, and basic marketing setup. Services operate on a monthly subscription model starting from ₹499.

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly.

• Payments are non-refundable once work begins.

• Non-renewal may result in service suspension.

• Additional requests beyond the standard plan may involve extra charges.

4. Website Setup & Ownership

• We build and manage your POD website.

• Domain, hosting, and third-party app fees are the client’s responsibility.

• Upon cancellation, access to managed services may be restricted.

5. Product Designs
Designs provided by Print De Acasa are licensed for use only within your POD store. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with POD vendors, payment processors, and marketing tools. We are not liable for failures, delays, or policy changes from these third parties.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate details, comply with laws, and avoid listing prohibited or infringing products. Misuse may lead to immediate termination.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for sales performance, POD delays, revenue loss, or technical interruptions. Services are provided “as-is.”

9. Modification of Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
